I visited the showroom and obtained information about the fireplace inserts. The sales representative was great! He listened to what I was wanting in a fire place and provided me with the options.
The next day my husband and I visited the showroom and talked with the owner. He was very knowledgeable and similar to the sale representative listened and provided answers to our questions. They were able to install the two fire places a week and a half later, very quickly!

We finally decided to upgrade our 30 year old, inefficient, zero clearance wood burning fireplace with a gas insert.
